Shipping and Return Policy
Orders will begin processing 24 hours after payment has cleared. Once your order has begun processing it cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances. All orders require 3 to 5 business days for processing unless otherwise specified in the texture description. Due to COVID-19 standard processing time is 3-10 business days. Please visit our COVID-19 updates page for more information. Custom orders need 4-6 weeks for processing. Custom pieces and wigs are final sale. Nicole Noire recognizes all major holidays and no order processing will take place on holidays. Orders with payments cleared before 2pm Monday through Thursday will begin processing the same day. Orders with payments cleared after 2pm will begin processing the next business day. Orders with payments cleared on Friday through Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Once your order has finished processing it will be shipped and you will be emailed a tracking number. Please make sure that you have provided the correct address when ordering. Nicole Noire is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address. Nicole Noire is not responsible for any delays in shipment once your order has been shipped. For standard priority shipping please allow 2 to 3 business days. For express shipping please allow 1 to 2 business days. For standard international shipping please allow 6 to 10 business days. For express international shipping please allow 3 to 5 business days. International Shipments Please Note: Nicole Noire is not responsible for any customs charges that you may incur from customs.
Returns and Exchanges
DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE TEMPORARILY NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME.
Due to safety reasons returns and exchanges will be accepted only if they meet these conditions:
- Hair must be in original unopened packaging. We do not accept hair that has been opened.
- Hair must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
- Hair must not be altered in any way (combed, brushed, picked, cut, or washed).
- Items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt. Your package must be postmarked within 7 days of your receipt/invoice and all items must be in their original packaging.
- Exchanges are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- We do not refund any shipping on items sent back for a refund or exchanged.
- Custom orders and wigs cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOM WIGS AND READY TO SHIP WIGS
All custom wigs and Ready To Ship wigs are final sale. No refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. PLEASE PROPERLY MEASURE YOUR HEAD BEFORE ORDERING. Ready To Ship wigs are available in standard medium cap size (22.5 inches). Custom wigs are available in standard small, medium, and large cap sizes. Please measure your head before placing your order. Cap sizes are as follows:
Small 20 - 21"
Medium 22 - 23"
Large 23 - 24"
All measurements need to be emailed to info@nicolenoire.com or placed in the notes on your order. MEASUREMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL CUSTOM WIGS!! Please provide any special instructions, or information that you would like for Nicole Noire Hair to know by email. Please remember to send all pictures to info@nicolenoire.com. Pictures must be sent for any cut, color, layer/style. Wig density is 180% for the price quoted. If you desire a heavier density there will be an additional fee.
Hairline Modification
Wig hairline modification is thinning the hairline out for a more natural look. This modification can only be created in a generic method and obviously cannot be created based upon your individual actual hairline. All wigs are cut and styled on a mannequin head. We make your wig according to your specifications, but we cannot guarantee that the wig will fall in the exact spot on you as it falls on a mannequin. THIS APPLIES TO READY TO SHIP WIGS AS WELL! Where the hair on a wig unit will fall depends on your measurements, height, face shape, forehead size, and numerous other factors etc. PLEASE KEEP ALL OF THIS IN MIND WHEN SELECTING SPECIFIC STYLING/CURLING/CUT OPTIONS and KEEP AN OPEN AND REALISTIC MIND FRAME WHEN DOING SO. Nicole Noire Hair does not recreate, nor do we guarantee exact styles; however we will and do try our very best to duplicate inspired looks and styles as close to realistically possible within reason.
Custom hair color
Nicole Noire does not guarantee exact color matches. Colors can seem slightly off due to lighting, camera quality, filters on inspiration photo, etc. However, we will do our best to make sure that hair colors match as closely as possible to inspired looks. Please allow up to 25 business days for the creation of your custom wig. This is our standard turnaround time. TURNAROUND TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIMES. NICOLE NOIRE HAIR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING TIMES OR DELAYS WITH USPS. NICOLE NOIRE HAIR WILL ONLY QUOTE A SHIP DATE ONCE FULL PAYMENT IS MADE. NICOLE NOIRE HAIR WILL NOT QUOTE A RECEIVED DATE SINCE SHIPPING TIMES IS NOT INCLUDED IN TURN AROUND TIMES.

Please Note: Due to the increasing amount of fraud and chargebacks within the industry we have implemented a 0 tolerance policy for chargebacks. All false or fraudulent chargebacks will be handled by us aggressively pursuing appropriate legal action. All pieces are thoroughly inspected before shipment.
